About the event
I'll be reading from The Midnight Special and discussing it with Maurice Chammah from The Marshall Project - and afterward, Maurice and I will take turns playing a selection of vinyl recordings from incarcerated and formerly incarcerated musicians, and discussing their origins with anyone interested in staying. Beer and wine will be available.
